How can I request a quote from FX PCB?
To receive a quote, please send your PCB specifications and design files (preferably in Gerber format) to your dedicated sales representative. If you are a new customer, kindly submit your inquiry to [email protected], and an assigned sales representative will respond within 8 hours.
What quality standards do you follow?
FX PCB complies with IPC-A-600 (for PCBs) and IPC-A-610 (for PCBAs). If you have additional requirements, please specify them in your inquiry.
How do you handle PCB or PCBA quality issues?
In the rare event of a quality concern, please contact your sales representative immediately. We will work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include repair, rework, or a cost refund
What testing procedures do you perform for PCBs and PCBAs?
For PCBs: Visual Inspection; Electrical Testing ;AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) ;Microsection Analysis; Solderability Test; Thermal Shock Testing; Impedance Test
For PCBAs: AOI Test; X-ray Inspection; ICT (In-Circuit Test); Functional Test (customer-provided instructions required);Aging Test
