Different Types of LED PCBs

- Single Layer & Double Layer LED PCB
It is the most basic LED PCB board, as it only has one conductive layer. This circuit board is easy to produce and suitable for simple electronic devices with low cost, but it is very limited for complex circuit design. We can use Cem-1, Fr4 as material, and this kind of PCB can be used to build bulbs, low-power LEDs, and indicator lights.
- Multilayer LED PCB
Multilayer LED PCBs consist of multiple conductive layers (usually 4-12) separated by insulating material. It allows a higher circuit density, which can support the complex designs with multiple connections. The better heat distribution can improve the thermal management, and reduced EMI can minimize the electromagnetic interference.
- Metal Core LED PCB

- Flexible LED PCB
