Description

Surface mounting

Implementation of an integrated approach in the development, implementation and technological maintenance of solutions for surface mounting tasks. Multilevel training of technical specialists of customers.

SURFACE MOUNTING OF PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARDS
Surface (SMT) mounting is a technology for manufacturing electronic products on printed circuit boards. PCB surface mount equipment includes PCB markers, solder paste systems, SMD installers and soldering systems.

The introduction of professional equipment for SMT editing in the enterprise can significantly increase productivity and reduce the number of errors due to the human factor.

PCB MARKING
Laser marking machines provide various markings on printed circuit boards. The marking equipment can be used both as part of a conveyor line and as a stand-alone machine. At the same time, the text and type of marking are easily programmed.

SOLDER PASTE APPLICATION
Solder paste application equipment includes stencil and non-stencil printers, desktop and conveyor high-precision solder paste dispensers, automatic printers for solving specialized tasks with SMD components .

INSTALLING SMD COMPONENTS
Assembly centers and SMD positioning machines are designed to accurately and quickly install a wide range of components.

Installation equipment includes multifunctional assembly centers, high-speed and ultra-flexible automatic installations , mass production installers and desktop component installation systems .

SOLDERING SMD COMPONENTS
Reflow soldering is one of the soldering process technologies. It consists in reflowing the solder contained in the solder paste previously applied to the pads. The molten solder wets the surfaces of the contact pad and the SMD component mounted on the board, forming a solder joint in the form of a fillet when solidified.

Soldering in the vapor phase – the soldering process takes place in a tank in which there is a coolant brought to a boil, which has a certain boiling point. Heaters are used to bring the liquid to the boiling point.

CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
Conveyor systems are designed to move printed circuit assemblies between assembly units of equipment. Depending on the assembly equipment and the length of the line, it may be necessary to use a connecting conveyor with certain additional features and/or capabilities.

Automatic loading and unloading systems are designed for the input and output of printed circuit boards from an automatic assembly line.

SURFACE MOUNT LINES
In manufacturing, surface mount lines are used to create high-performance automated assembly lines for electronic printed circuit assemblies. All equipment in the lines is connected through conveyor systems, where each process is carried out automatically.
