Alumina PCBs (Al2O3 ceramic PCBs) are high-performance circuit boards built on aluminum oxide substrates, offering exceptional thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, and chemical stability. Manufactured using DPC technology, they are ideal for high-power electronics, RF applications, LED modules, aerospace systems, and automotive electronics requiring superior heat dissipation and reliability.

Alumina PCB material refers to aluminum oxide (Al2O3) ceramic used as the substrate for printed circuit boards. It offers excellent electrical insulation, a dielectric constant of 9–10 at 1 MHz, volume resistivity ≥10¹⁴ Ω·cm, thermal conductivity ≥24 W/(m·K), and 0% water absorption — making it highly suitable for high-power, RF, and thermally demanding electronic applications.
