FX PCB offers two primary ceramic substrate materials: Aluminum Nitride (ALN) and Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3/Alumina). ALN provides superior thermal conductivity of ≥170 W/(m·K) and is ideal for high-power applications, while Al2O3 offers ≥24 W/(m·K) conductivity and is suited for cost-sensitive RF and general high-temperature applications.
