LED PCB Aluminum Base Plates for high-power applications deliver superior thermal dissipation, mechanical stability, and electrical reliability. Featuring aluminum and metal core configurations, these boards support demanding environments including LED lighting, automotive, aerospace, medical, and industrial power systems — available in single, double, and multilayer options with full turnkey assembly.

An aluminum base PCB uses an aluminum substrate instead of traditional fiberglass (FR4), providing significantly better thermal conductivity — up to 5–10x higher than conventional epoxy glass. This makes aluminum PCBs ideal for high-power LED lighting and applications where heat dissipation is critical. FR4 boards typically have thermal resistance of 20–22°C/W at 1.5mm thickness, whereas aluminum base PCBs perform considerably better.
