The SMT (Surface Mount Technology) PCBA process involves printing solder paste onto a bare PCB via a precision stencil, placing surface mount components using automated pick-and-place machines, and reflowing the board through a controlled oven to form permanent solder joints. It is followed by AOI and X-Ray inspection and functional testing before delivery.
