SFX PCB offers two primary ceramic substrate materials: Aluminum Nitride (ALN) and Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3/Alumina). ALN provides superior thermal conductivity of ≥170 W/(m·K), making it ideal for the most demanding heat dissipation applications. Al2O3 offers ≥24 W/(m·K) conductivity at a more accessible price point, suitable for a broad range of high-frequency and power applications.
