Available surface finishes include HASL (Hot Air Solder Leveling), Lead-free HASL, ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold), OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative), Immersion Silver, Immersion Tin, and ENEPIG. Each finish offers different benefits in terms of solderability, shelf life, and compatibility with RoHS compliance requirements.

Copper weight options range from standard 0.5–1 oz for general-purpose designs, medium 2–4 oz for moderate power requirements, heavy 5–10 oz for high-current applications, and ultra-heavy 10–20 oz for extreme power or thermal demands. Aluminum and copper core boards support copper foil from 1 oz to 10 oz, with ceramic boards offering 18–300 µm (0.5–8.5 oz).
